EVANGELINKS

Linking Messages to People and People to a Greater Purpose

Evangelinks is a multi-faceted phrase that can inform one's faith life in many ways. Evangelinks is the brand name of the "four links" bound together with the intended meaning of "Keeping You Close - to God, to other Believers, and to the Word."

Evangelinks can also be a conversation starter for you to share your testimony with another person or group. Often times when Evangelinks are seen, they can foster inquiries - "What are those?" In that moment you can explain their meaning, open an evangelical dialogue and even give them to somebody else to help remind them to Keep close to God, Believers & the Word.

Sometimes Evangelinks are incorporated into sculptures, sometimes apparel, or other gift items.

Many of the Evangelinks sculptures include a broken link on the base. These broken links represent our volitional choice to break from past behaviors, past places or even certain people, in order to lead a fuller life linked with the Lord.

When you see an Evangelinks cross sculpture, you see a hand made item. Even though the pieces are faith related, they are made in a secular shop by staff with one thing in common - too frequently these staff members were previously displaced workers looking to learn new skills.

Almost all the pieces are touched by personnel new to welding, new to fabrication, distribution centers, and e-commerce, etc. In a larger sense, these items are part of a job training initiative. The new employement is secularly redemptive for those that previously felt diminished by the loss of their previous job.

"Evangelinks" concurrently refers to many things, to the brand, the four links, the evangelical message and the evangelical process. Given "evangelize" means share good news, the secular good news here is the staff are linked by new jobs, new skills and  by creating and sharing items via this e-commerce site.

Beyond that, though not a requirement for employment, some of the staff are all the more excited to be creating items that embody and encourage the Good News found in the Gospel.
