The Evangelinks Cross is where our story begins. The four links are reminders of for you to stay close to the Lord, close to other believers and close to the Word.  The message stems from the story of Peter in Luke 22. Prior to Peter weeping for denying the Jesus three times, Peter made three seemingly small errors that led him to his tears.
 
In verse xx, after Jesus is led away, it states, "Peter followed at a distance." We need to keep close to the Lord, by keeping him close to us.
 
In verse xx, the women challenging Peter states, "You're one of them!" This women didn't say, "All of you..." Or "You folks...". She simply stated you. Peter was alone and so he was far from other believers. We need to keep othe believers near us for mutual encouragement.
 
In verste xx, it states, "when the cock crowed three times, Peter recalled His words." Peter had to recall the words, he wasn't close to the words. We need to be in His Word frequently to parch our thirsts and renew our minds.
